Terrible service and it is a money making group with no concern what so ever for insurance coverage plan. I went to DDS group for a toothache and to my disbelief even after recommending me to all the specialists on their floor; they were not able to figure out the root cause!! Big question mark on their pride of calling themselves top 5% of dental specialists in the country.\r After 4 visits to general dentist and specialists, the recommendation I got was “just like past, your pain will go away eventually and we can recommend you pain killers!” Seriously?\r On my last visit, I paid full balance in full. After 8 months, I received a notice from the collection agency of DDS group for a balance that I have no knowledge of. DDS Group have never once even contacted me regarding the amount and sent it to a collection agency. So now, I was asked to pay for something which was not even fixed and recommendation was some random painkillers! When I called dental office for the charges, the lady said she will talk to doctor and try to waive off the balance but she called me back after few hours and updated that doctor is unwilling to give any concession, forget about waiving off the charges.\r They are perfect example of how and why health system needs overhauling. I find it extremely unreasonable for a dental office to send an arbitrary amount to the collection agency without even trying to contact me. This is a perfect nexus of collection agency and dental office.
