Please save yourself the distress and do not visit this office because of Hope. The lady in charge of the payments (Dont get me started on the irony of her name)
How would I describe Hope?
- no manners, brusque, rude, curt, condescending towards customers, doesnt return calls when she says she will, will keep you on hold for over 15 mins, without an apology, goes out of her way to charge you personally for everything even if in principal you should not have to pay (e.g. for a repeat treatment,, which you are the victim of as it was performed incorrectly the first time, she will try to charge you twice for it and will not back down without an argument, refuses to escalate the matter to a dentist to ask their opinion. Hope violates her position, she thinks she has the power to force customers to pay for things they shouldnt, and speaks to customers in the rudest, most unprofessional condescending manner imaginable.
Dr Stanescu and Victoria are both fair and honest people, who I would have liked to continue to visit because of their treatment towards customers, they are the only 2 people who are real. Stuart Schrieber and Hope are both extremely unprofessional and let the office down as a whole.
Please learn from my mistakes, and go somewhere else for your dental treatment.
