Review content:
The incompetence of the administrative staff is almost unbelievable. They have made so many mistakes with my account I don't know where to begin. They have applied my payments to other people's accounts and then accused me of not paying! They have pulled the wrong records on multiple occasions! And they told me something was going to cost one amount, charged me said amount upon leaving, and then the next time told me i had a $450 unpaid balance... totally out of the blue. On a different occasion the bill was double what they told me it was going to be! Keep looking, I'm sure you'll find something better than this place.
Cons: They will lie to you! They make a lot of mistakes!
