Review content:
We went by to look at a very nice looking Ford F150 on the website yesterday. Well, it did not turn out so well in person. Yes, it was a used car, but there are certain things you still expect. The car did not start, they had to jump it, we test drove it and one of the tires had flat spots all the way around the inside. No offer to fix these basic things, and they acted like it was no big deal. Actually, they made no notice of either item when we mentioned it. Then, there were scratches and dents all around. There was no offer to decrease the selling price to compensate a new tire and battery, and they "" do not mark things up like other dealers, so their prices are lower"" Really! To top it off, they offered $2500 less on our car as a trade in than we were expecting. All in all, we walked out and bought a truck somewhere else! They lost our business!
