IF YOU DESIRE TO GET RIPPED OFF THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO…..\r I BOUGHT A LEMON FROM IMPEX AUTO GREENSBORO NC\r Feb. 2013 I purchased an AS IS vehicle and was promised repairs by the salesman. But when I returned the very next day all I received was the run around. I got four whole days of operating this vehicle when it started showing major problems. The vehicle is unsafe to operate because it cuts off/shuts down while driving it. There are more problems which I’m sure the mechanic/salesman was aware of but in the effort to make a quick buck I now own. I felt compelled to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After trial and troubleshooting the vehicle still sits in the parking lot. I wouldn’t dare sale this unsafe and problematic vehicle because of a little thing called a conscious. I’m in honest and desperate need of a mechanic after making a purchase with this dealership.\r PLEASE I URGE YOU TO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO A DEALERSHIP THAT VALUES ITS CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY AFTER A PURCHASE IS MADE.\r more

We went by to look at a very nice looking Ford F150 on the website yesterday. Well, it did not turn out so well in person. Yes, it was a used car, but there are certain things you still expect. The car did not start, they had to jump it, we test drove it and one of the tires had flat spots all the way around the inside. No offer to fix these basic things, and they acted like it was no big deal. Actually, they made no notice of either item when we mentioned it. Then, there were scratches and dents all around. There was no offer to decrease the selling price to compensate a new tire and battery, and they "" do not mark things up like other dealers, so their prices are lower"" Really! To top it off, they offered $2500 less on our car as a trade in than we were expecting. All in all, we walked out and bought a truck somewhere else! They lost our business! more
