Review content:
Last September I thought I got different frames than ordered but said nothing. It turns out they are NOT titanium but nickel. Specs offered to replace them on warranty, but the new ones I got are supposed to be titanium too but they don't say so on the frame. THEN, I bought a pair of plastic frames and am sure I got a different pair than ordered and this time I spoke up and returned them. Neither of the frames I had chosen from were in the store and neither of them had been sold either, so I was out of luck totally. THEN, they were going to replace my silicon nosepads with (that other harder plastic?) and they said these frames came with the other nosepads. However, I could scratch lines in them with my thumbnail as the plastic felt soft. I had them replaced at another optometrist with the right kind. For free.\r

It is extraordinary to pay $300 for glasses + regular lenses, not counting any eye exam, in this town, and have this kind of stuff going on.\r

The optometrist is VERY nice, but sorry, no cigar!
Pros: Nice attempt at customer service
Cons: failed customer service 100%
