I went in to see Stephanie at the salon for a cut and color. I got almost 8 inches cut off(first TRUE hair cut in about 6 year...other than trims)she did EXACTLY what I asked for!!! She did wonderful highlights and lowlights on it as well! I have been asked over and over ""who did your hair? I love it I want mine just like it!"" The salon was so nice and relaxing...all staff is so very nice and knowledgeable. They offer all the ""high end salon spa"" services with out the high end salon spa uptight feel. I can not say enough good things about this salon...I walked out of there feeling like I had had a day at the spa and all I got was a cut and color! Can't wait to go back!!!
Pros: they do exactly what you ask....
Cons: nothing at ALL bad to say...loved them!!!
