This place has turned upside down! All the post are true i lived here 3 years and i am moving in Feb.2012
This has turned into the hood of OFallon,Mo
I was raised here in this town and ran my own business.
The owner and the management is all greed and no do!
Scam on rent and water bill! Charge for 40.00 for some to have a resident permit! Check all you P & Q's and the ratings and reviews! This property has pore choice on maintance! Check your attics there might be listening devises!!! And statements are true! Look at your Landlord tentant laws in Missouri! Read your leases or have someone else read them for you! This property has the most lowest rates ! They look good at first! Don't take something because it's your last resort check out things theral and look at what lives around you! Best time is the middle of the week not weekends! That gives them time to have things picked up! Not by much though! Ducks do swim in the pool and leave dropings! Not advisable to swim in it you can get sickness and ther medical issues! Pond is only mowed around once a year then they let it grow up and then you have issues with snakes around by the pool and parking lots! This property has brought nothing but trash to it's community! OFallon is a respectable community only one with police in it everyday!
