I visited the Rita's store in Blue Bell, PA\r
last week and had the worst experience ever.\r
My son ordered a ice cream, and it fell off the \r
cone before I could even turn around to hand it to him.\r
The manager stated that she would have to charge me\r
for another cone. I believe they called her Mal when they called her to assist. She was so rude, I will never go back to that store again. Along with that insident the store looked horrible, outside and inside where I could see, didn't look like it had been cleaned in Months.\r
Stay away...... the Ambler store is golden compared to this on!\r
I would have rated this place zero stars, but you have to enter at least one.
