Review content:
Our apartment smells like a smokey bar- back when they used to allow smoking in bars. We have lived in the building for 9 years and this is a recent problem. We want to move into another unit. They told us they could ""fix it"" or we can pay a $500 transfer fee. Of course you can't fix people next door chain smoking, but we waited several days for them to try. Meanwhile, they raised the rent of the unit we want to move into and told us to pay the increased rent and the $500 fee!! We have had poor treatment before when they tried to have us pay above market rent at time of lease renewal, but this is a new low. We gave notice that we are moving out.\r

Beware of the no AC in gym if you work out in the summer and screaming kids in playground if you work from home too.
