Review content:
I and my wife just had sushi at this restaurant based on good reviews in the internet. Indeed their sushi was authentic and very good. However, my wife spotted a wiry hair from the last salmon sushi piece, which ruined the initial wonder. More importantly, when we told the waitress abut it, she came back with a piece of new salmon sushi and not a single word of apology from the chef (an old Japanese gentleman). And they charged us fully. I may be able to put up with a piece of hair from my sushi once in a while and forgive the mistake. But the lack of professionalism or arrogance of the chef disgusts me for sure. We will never go back to this restaurant again.
