I signed up for this CitySearch account just to warn people about American Laser.
I agree with 'Unhappy Client.' DEFINITELY think twice before spending your money with them.
I spent over $2,000 for facial treatments--laser and microderms and would not do it again. They are unprofessional and rude.
They never answer their phones, do not return calls...leave you sitting in the waiting room for over 15 minutes...no one around, they don't even know you're there as they are in the back 'somewhere'...
I had to call their 800 number several times because I thought they had gone out of business when I hadn't heard from anyone in days--and I was calling because I was having an adverse reaction to the laser...no idea what to do...it was horrible.
They did my laser treatments--and after leading me to believe they had done them many times...I found I was their first! They had no idea what to do or expect. It was horrible. I wish I had gone to a 'professional.'
Do get a second opinion, do shop around!!!!
