My husband and I had a GREAT experience at Flambe last Friday night. We had never been, but I had heard about it from a friend so we decided to try it. We couldn't find any reviews on City Search and were a little unsure of what to expect. We went in deciding to be the first to review this fabulous place. Oregon City needs more restaurants like this. I was totally impressed with the menu, the first thing to catch my attention was the Russian Stroganhoff made with julienned filet mignon and a heavy cream sauce. It was TO DIE FOR! I have always loved Stroganhoff but this was something else. I have told family members it is the best I have ever had. My husband ordered steak and the demi glace was so good! The rest of the menu looked so wonderful it was hard to decide. The waiter was so professional and helpful with the menu. He suggested a fantastic chocolate cake for desert that we tried and were very pleased with. It felt very comfortable and relaxed. Great place. I liked the decor. We definitely found a place that we will visit again and again.
