The doctor is Ok, very friendly, but probably because has many many years experiences, so isn't that focus, \r
First must remember the job is O.D (Not M.D---Medical Doctor for eye), make the most precise, accurate glass prescription is the No. 1, after this, then can check more others, the doctor is very busy, but still need to focus one by one, doesn't matter there is one or two persons are waiting, or can make each person exam schedule time a little longer, so it won't rush.\r
Second, the outside service, I can't say it's bad, but not friendly, impatient to the customer, hope they can improve and get trained more professional way.\r
