i have lived here for a couple months and its great. the community is small, friendly but a lot keep to themselves. the manger is nice and welcoming although she seems a little ditsy.... there are a bunch of ppl who have been at the park for awhile. i dont know why the other reviews are soooooooooo negative, i was concerned at first before coming but for the cost, its the best spot in the area. the manager grows peppers.
