They sent a teenager with a cocky attitude who eye-balled the rooms and told me he would not honor the coupon price of 5 rooms for $129 and he refused to clean anything unless I agreed to pay $399. He told me he was giving me a good deal by charging for ""extras"" that were totally unnecessary. He refused to take off the ""extras"" or to clean any room unless I paid the full price. Look out - this is a classic ""bait and switch"" a deceptive trade practice. I would give no stars if the site would allow as I got no service.
