My comments are not in regard to the actual service itself but to the customer service. I called and made an appointment for one bedroom and a foyer area, the lady told me that would qualify for their $69 special. I said that was fine. When they came, my roommate showed them the areas and the technician said ""That's going to be $216 for four rooms."" What????? He told them I only agreed to the $69 special so they did two rooms and completely missed the foyer area, which by the way was the worst area in the house. I called and explained the situation, asking if they'd return to do the foyer area at no charge since I had explicitly told them at the time of booking that's what I wanted done and they said no. Again, the cleaning service was acceptable but the customer service was not. I will find another cleaner to do my foyer area.
