I also had a coupon for carpet cleaning. By the time the tech had written up a contract the price had more then tripled and we were led to believe it included cleaning oriental carpets. . When I was presented my bill it was not what had been quoted, it had been increased for something he had ""forgotten""...the original prices had been scratched out and changed! I was then informed the price did not include the oriental carpets. Thank God they had not taken my oriental carpets to the shop yet!!! Not only did they bait and switch, the tech let my dog out! The young man had finished washing his hands in my kitchen and said..by the way, I let your dog out and it wouldn't come when I called it. I had to go chase down my dog! YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! If I could give them a ""negative star"" rating I would. They do not even rate an ""eh"" We called the office immediately and asked for the owner to call and to date have not received any response!!
