This carpet cleaner is great. We came down to visit my mother for the week and my three year old got into my wifes red lipstick. Let me tell you it was everywhere. It was all over my mothers white carpet, it was on her white couch. I thought my mother was going to kill me. I looked in the phone book and called several chem drys ( I always use chem dry to clean my carpets) and the chem dry that sounded the most professional was chem dry by the millers. One chem dry even bad mouthed chem dry millers, that was extremely unprofessional. I scheduled them to come out and they showed up on time. They gave me an estimate before the work was done and it was reasonable. they did the work and WOW!! they got every bit of lipstick out of the carpet and upholstery. When they were through I thought they would try to charge me more (i thought price was too cheap) but they didnt they stood with the estimate they gave me at the begining. I went ahead and tipped them for such a wonderful job and for saving me.
