Businiess name:  Ross Dress for Less

Review content:
First, it's hopeless to find a parking. Since nearby there is a shopping mall and lots of people park near Ross and walk to the shopping mall to save parking fees.\r \r Second, the cashiers are very impolite and deliberately waste their time in slowly sorting out stuff in hand while letting a long line of customers waiting. \r \r Finally and this is outragous. We bought a luggage here and then found it won't roll smoothly when you load stuff in it. Within 30 days, we took the luggage back to store for a refund. As soon as they figured out there is a problem with the luggage, they refused to take it back, quoting ""we could not sell it to other customers"". Certainly! Should not they sell it in the first place?\r \r This place sucks. My 6-year-old daughter witnessed the whole process and swear she will never shop in Ross. A good way to retain customers!!
