I'm very disappointed with the service I have been given here over the last two visits. \r

We brought our lab mix here to be kenneled two months ago for just a couple of days and returned to find he had a bad case of ""indigestion"" that would require 'additional care and treatment.'\r
\r
When I recently left to take a trip to California for ten days to spread my husband's ashes, which they also knew of, I received several calls urgently requesting my reply to a certain 'insect bite' my dog had gotten and which needed immediate attention.\r

Obviously I consented and now the bill is well over $600 more than it would have been just for the kenneling.\r

I'm beginning to wonder how it is that I keep bringing my pet in healthy only to be notified while out of town and out of reach that my pet is once again sick in their care.
