The Social Workers and management are very unprofessional. They cover their butt rather than do what's good for the residents. My mother almost became an invalid there. They confined her to her wheelchair even though she can walk with a walker. She lost her leg muscles, so she falls going to the bathroom. This is a direct result of their confining her to the wheelchair. \r \r My mom's personal belongings keep getting stolen. Instead of investigating the problem, the Social Workers blame me for the problem. They went as far as accusing of stealing them myself. What nonsense, why would I buy my mother new clothes, then turn around and steal them? Does that make any sense?\r \r The staffs are mostly Filipinos, educated in their country, not much training professionally Cons: Confines residents to wheelchairs and their room, no exercise, only some phony activities on their big chart for show
