Probably the worst repair work experience I've ever had. Put an exhaust system in my car that sounds like a toy. It clacks, rattles, and makes noises that sound as if it is falling out. So, I gave them the benfit of the doubt and asked them to put on a Honda muffler and I would pay the difference and they refused. Now Im out $500. and still have an exhaust system that sounds like I need a new one put on. I have told everyone about Roys shoddy service. When people hear me drive up, they laugh at the noise. I'm appalled that this business is still around. I told a mechanic that I was referred to Roys and he said that they must have been angry with me. Don't go there.
