Review content:
We have been with HSR for over a year and have had nothing but great customer service from them. We are senior citizens and security is so important to us. I feel so safe at night when I climb into bed knowing that the house is locked tight and secured by HSR. If anything should happen, I know we will receive a live voice over our system speaker to help us get fast and reliable assistance if necessary. Safety wise, my husband has health issues so if I have to leave him home alone for any period of time, I make sure he wears the HSR alert button around his neck so he can always get fast and reliable help in case of an emergency.
Thank heavens we have not had to deal with an emergency in our home, requiring the services of HSR. I must admit, however, I did overcook and burn something in the oven one time which set off the HSR smoke detector and hence a call from HSR. Very reliable company.
