Review content:
My family has had a security system from Home Safety for years, and most of our extended family now has their system as well. We couldn't be happier with how the system works, very easy to use and they explain everything. Very personal customer service and they are very informative. We have tried an ADT system and it didn't compare to this at all-we feel safe and secure every time we activate the alarm, whether we're home or out of town. The voice response system is a huge comfort! This place is great and we highly recommend them!
And to the person who left the other review..maybe you should try calling them and getting the facts. They won't just send you everything for free you have to hear about their product in return. Obviously you couldn't be too concerned if you've been doing the same thing for 5 years and expecting different results.
