Overall would recommend dealership. Staff is friendly. Bought 2005 Expedition 12 days ago. Traded 2000 Expedition purchased new. Pleased with offer except for trade-in amount. Given $1800.00 LESS than Blue Book value for ""Fair"" trade-in. My trade-in was in excellent condition. Tires had 6000 miles. Told they could not ask more than $8000 for ""old"" model. Checked inventory of used cars. They have my Trade-in listed for $13,995. Ffeel they did not tell the truth. They want me to give them highest rating when I get review of thier service. Feel maybe I shouldn't give them all high marks because of deception. Trusted what they told me at time of purchase of new model. Feel I was told outright lie. Would recommend dealership but would not accept low offer for trade-in. Know what the ""Kelly Blue Book value is ""before"" you shop with this dealership.
Pros: courteous, good parking, refreshments
Cons: deceptive, trade-in too low, be truthful
