I happened to be in the sales room when another buyer was trading in a car. I was interested in the car. The sales agent gave me an approximate price so I said I would wait. After waiting a while, the sales person came back with a much higher price. I told them I was preapproved at the credit union and wanted to know the final price of the car. I had a trade in. The sales agent refused to give me the final price. He tried to do the ""payment close"" on me. This way I would not know what the true cost of the vehicle was. I have been in sales for several years and trained with some of the best sales managers in the area!!! With this, I have prequalifed many people and ran numbers for payments!!! When the sales agent saw I wasn't buying his bull he then pulled out the ""Let me get my manager"" closing technique!!! This is a joke among people who have been in sales any time at all!! In fact, the joke is many, many times it isn't even a manager!!!!! Anyway, I walked out. Because I look younger than I am, they did not give me or my wife any respect!!! They have my number if they want a sale!!!!
