Review content:
We recently traded in our low mileage 2002 Toy. Highlander for a loaded 2007 E/B Expedition with CrossRoads Ford of Cary (CRFC). I can actually say it was a pleasant experience.\r \r I felt like I drove a hard bargain - they countered - and then we had a meeting of the minds. CRFC (and Bob Esau and Eric) are the kind of people you want to deal with when it comes time to upgrade your ride. No BS, just tell them what you need and you will get an honest deal.\r \r Bob even snailmailed me the service records for my new (to me) Ford Expedition!\r \r (As an aside - the first time I went to CRFC the VERY young female sales""person"" would't even let me drive the vehicle off the lot!) On our next visit Bob Esau said, ""Take it all afternoon"" ... I did, but we ended up buying another Expedition from him.\r \r In summary - CRFC should be your first and (ultimately) your last stop when buying a vehicle - new or used.\r \r Tell Bob Esau that Gary sent ya!\r \r Pros: Trustworthy, honest and dependable.
