We couldn't be happier with our kitchen remodel. Roy and the NC team took a 1967 L-shaped galley style kitchen (with original appliances!!) and turned it into an open, sophisticated space that we enjoy daily. From the outset, Roy,Troy, and the entire NC team were extremely organized. Every detail had a line item on the contract, so there was very little ""nickel and diming."" This was a big project which included demolition, window and door installation, wood floor installation, new AC ducts, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and a custom granite table top. They even helped to rework the support in the attic to accommodate the removal of one load bearing wall.
The NC team was phenomenal. James, the electrician, took my call during the UT/OU game to help solve a electrical problem. Lisa, the floor and tile diva, was amazing and always accessible. Larry, the plumber, solved and issue for us in our attic that we were completely unaware of. Greg, the cabinet guru, stayed late into the night to help solve a framing issue. Jeremy, my project manager, was invaluable in his assistance. He was always available via email or text and always followed up with any issue we were managing. Troy, our scheduling superhero, always kept us up to date on the who, what, where, why and when. And then there's Roy...whose excitement and persistence about his work is uncontainable. Roy's patience and guidance through a sometimes difficult project put me at ease. And did I mention the cleanliness of ALL of the crews??? There was never a speck of dust or a piece of trash left behind by ANY of the subs that NC employs.
No company or project is perfect, which is the only reason for my 4 stars, and we are still managing some small post-completion details. Yet even after the project is done and the bill has been paid, I am amazed at the response I get from the NC team in helping us resolve these issues. The entire team takes great pride in what they do, and it shows! Thanks to New Creations for a job well done!
