Saffron Patch has been steadily going downhill since the previous owner/founder sold this restaurant a few years ago. But I did not realize how bad it has gotten until my recent visit. The Goan Fish Curry (previous owner's specialty) not only was prepared with a different sauce (tested like some combination of North Indian and North American sauces blended together with no coconut). The fish was stale and did not appeared to have been cooked (weird, chooeey feeling in mouth).\r
