Review content:
L.A. Carpet Warehouse came very highly recommended to me by a friend, and I decided to hire them to replace some of the old carpet in my home. They are located close by, which made using them very convenient. Also, I prefer to deal with smaller, local businesses whenever I can, instead of the big box outfits. When you buy local, you feel more like you are dealing with actual people.
L.A. Carpet were better than a lot of businesses I've dealt with, but there were a few things that prevent me from giving them a perfect review. There were some scheduling issues that arose, in that they had trouble keeping appointment times. Once I contacted Razmin and explained my concern, we got everything worked out, but it wasn't ideal at first. Also, they were very quick to take up the old carpet, and as a result there was a lot of debris, which they could have been better about cleaning up.
But in the end, the work was done well and I like the way my carpets look. I'm considering redoing the carpet in another room, and if I can find the color I want then I would use them again. Though my experience wasn't perfect, it was still better than some I've had.
