American Chimney was at my home yesterday & I was greeted by pleasant & very clean technicians. They took the time to check everything out & review concerns with me. In fact, I scheduled 2 cleanings & they told me I only needed one. Imagine my surprise that a service company told me I DIDN'T need something to be done. Talk about honest. I look forward to the report which should arrive at my home in about 1-2 weeks.\r

I'm so happy this forum is available so that the consumer can utilize it in research. Unfortunately, negative reviews can be read & we really don't know who to believe. It's very difficult as a consumer to find the right service company. If you are looking for a reliable, honest & thorough service company, look no further! \r

Best of luck & remember you get what you pay for. Sometimes it's worth the extra dollar or two to get the right professionals. I know I did. I'll keep you posted after I get my report.
