if you're out of delivery area, you're out of delivery area. you already stated that you were placing your order late in the shift, why is it so inconceivable that they aren't happy about delivering out of area so late in their shift? was it too far for you to walk there and pick it up yourself? then assume it is also an inconvenience to those who are probably trying to close down for the night. quit complaining that they didn't hide that they were put out by doing what amounted to a favor to you and thank your lucky stars they did it in the first place. also: $15 is pretty much an accepted minimum. basically, what you're saying is that places should bend the rules for you regarding delivery and minimums late in the shift and do so with a friendly smile. not going to happen. welcome to brooklyn.\r
