When I began applying for jobs directly out of college I never dreamed an opportunity as amazing as Insight Global would come my way. After being with the company for only 2 years, a year and a half being an account manager, I am now what most would consider extremely successful and have the opportunity to spend every day with people that have become my family. \r

Insight Global only promotes from within and is a large company with a ""small company"" feel. I know that if I ever have a question or concern I can pick up the phone and call the owner of the company directly on his cell phone. \r

My father passed away in August of this year, and everyone in the company wrapped their arms around me and really came together as a family. My hometown where the funeral was is 3 1/2 hours away, and over 10 people from my office made a day trip to show me support. But not only were my coworkers there for me, but my clients were as well. They would call into the offic every day asking how I was doing and if there was anything they could do to help. \r
