It's hard to believe that people actually have negative comments and feelings towards Insight Global. I started with Insight Global almost seven months ago and I couldn't have picked a better company to work for. This company promotes from within and this date is measured by your driven, aggressive personality, and dedication not by the time you have been with the company. I was promoted after six months and I don’t know many companies that promote someone who has only been with the company after six months, but see that is just one of the reasons why Insight Global is such a great company. They truly are about their employees and want to see them succeed. This leads me to the only answer of why someone would ever say something negative towards this company. This job isn’t for everyone. You will have to work at it every day and work harder than you have probably ever worked before. With that said, this company rewards your hard work and has endless opportunity for success. If you asked the most successful people in the world how they became so successful, I bet you not one of them would say that it was extremely easy and he or she never had to work at it. Insight Global is full of successful, driven people that get up every morning with that attitude. Yes we all are young and hungry to make a lot of money, but that’s what makes coming to work every day that more exciting. Every single person in this company, even the leadership, are some of the hardest working, energetic, selfless people I have ever met. The culture and nature of this job is to do whatever it takes to put yourself out there, work hard every day, never give up and success will follow. I don’t know any other company you could ever learn more from in only six months and see results for your hard work. I never thought that two years out of college you could easily make six figures, but this company shows that this can be true. Don’t believe everything you hear and try things out for yourself, you may be presently surprised!
