Review content:
I was able to move into the apartment I really still live in and enjoy however the service and disrespect I experienced was completely uncalled for. My roommates and I are students and our parents are our guarantors. Our realtor treated us like children and tried to change the agreement the day before we had to pay him and threatened to give the apartment to someone else. He belittled and insulted us and raised his voice when we denied to agree to pay an additional security deposit when I had already signed what we should be paying for. At the lease signing after a night of yelling and phone tag he was condescending and I had to bite my tongue so I could sign the lease and get it over with. I am happy where I am living but the experience was an extreme nightmare. I would never recommend AIM to anyone.
Pros: Example: best croissants in town
Cons: What are the drawbacks?
