I have used this company in the past and no gimmicks and no games. There are tons of wanna-be brokers in NYC, this company is the real deal. Decent apartments in very nice areas. It pays to deal with brokers who work with good landlords. I would definitely recommend Aim Realty.
Pros: No Games, apartments are as advertised
