I have never in the 17 years that I have owned cars had as awful an experience as I have at this Pep Boys. They tried to over charge me, tacked on extended warranty and only when I reviewed the charges did I see it. The intial toal was $562.00 after reviewing the bill the new total was $403.00 big difference. The customer service was seriously lacking, I was left on hold, disconnected at one point. Told they ordered the wrong part and the right one was conviently $40 more. They are the typical shady auto mechanic. What a nightmare experience!!!!! I wouldn't even give it one star. Avoid at ALL costs.
