DO USE USE MELONAS OR CITY LEASES. Kevin Melonas will lie to make money. I am a single mom with two kids. I asked Kevin to help us find a place to live. He told me the condo he had listed was kid friendly. It was horible. The occupants did not like kids and said kids could not be outdoors playing. He refused to do a move in inspection, becuase he told me, 'I know what's damaged it is not a problem' and then blamed me for it. He took $1200 out of my deposit for broken items. He does not return phone calls when something breaks. It takes weeks/months. My fireplace was broken for 5 months and was never fixed. The sink leaked for the entire year I was there and ruined my cleaning supplies under it, shorting out the electrical outlet. I gave 30 day notice to leave and he agreed, Then when deposit refund time came, he said I never notified him. I have the email. He kept $690 saying it was unpaid rent since I moved out early. He was there the day I moved out and wished me well. DO NOT TRUST A WORD HE SAYS. Email me if you are also a victim of his fraud. There is a lot more, but these are the key elements to highlight.
