Review content:
The receptionist guy (who barely spoke english) confused my appointment time, and then placed me with some guy who was doing nails, and in retrospect, i question even had a license to do hair. Anyways, i must of said ten times, ""NO BLEACH"" as my hair is very fragile and i have a sensitivity to it. Guess what ""genius"" uses?!?! My scalp of course was burning, and my hair ended up looking like a fried disaster. I think they knew it looked bad because they talked back and forth to each other in Chinese at the OBVIOUS yellow splotches...but then maybe not because he seemed surprised when I didn't give him a tip...and I will NEVER waste my money there again!!
