Review content:
Copyfax sold me a ""refurbished"" mulit-function copier that, after review by a reliable company, it was determined that only two components were new with the rest of the major consumable near expiration. The machine was never set up properly and would not print many files, would not fax or scan. I was told it was the fault of my computer. After spending over $400 on computer upgrades the machine would still not perform as promise and repeated calls for service were ignored. I was told they would get to me when it was convient for them. They tell you what you want to hear until you sign on the dotted line then good luck getting the machine to work as promised. \r \r I would give them zero stars if possible. I'm out $4,560 for a worthless machine. They lied to American Express telling them I was happy with the performance of the machine. I do recommend Kittinger Business Machines. They are most helpful and truely stand behind word. Pros: can't think of one Cons: lack of providing service and equipment as promised.
