I don't usually write reviews, but I saw that someone had written a vicious review on this company last year, and my experience was completely different.
My a/c unit needed an evaporative coil cleaning. I called three places, and Patriot gave me the best price, so I used them. At first I was going to have to wait a day for them to come out, but Debbie in the office was attentive to my need for promptness (a baby in the house) and juggled the schedule to get someone out around noon. Steve then called me and told me he was running a little late - the job scheduled before mine had turned out to be more involved than was thought - but he would be there as soon as he could wrap it up. He arrived around 12:30, got the job done, checked it out thoroughly, and it's working great. No complaints, no problems.
