Patriot Ac & Heat

Worst businees I have ever dealt with. Even the owner of the company had to finally come out and told us he basically couldnt do anything, couldnt sayt that their unit they installed 3 months before wouldnt leak through our celing a 3rd time. Awful customer service, would expect more from the owner of a company. more

I don't usually write reviews, but I saw that someone had written a vicious review on this company last year, and my experience was completely different. My a/c unit needed an evaporative coil cleaning. I called three places, and Patriot gave me the best price, so I used them. At first I was going to have to wait a day for them to come out, but Debbie in the office was attentive to my need for promptness (a baby in the house) and juggled the schedule to get someone out around noon. Steve then called me and told me he was running a little late - the job scheduled before mine had turned out to be more involved than was thought - but he would be there as soon as he could wrap it up. He arrived around 12:30, got the job done, checked it out thoroughly, and it's working great. No complaints, no problems. more

Patriot is the worst air conditioning service in the DFW metroplex!!!!! We called them 3 times to repair the problem to our air condition and they failed! They are liars, liars, liars!!!!! They told us they were ordering a part for our unit on Monday and I talk to the lady at patriot and she lied and said part was gonna be in on Thursday! The service man from patriot came on Friday with no part to change and lied to my girlfriend and said he took the old part Monday for the part they claimed they ordered!!!!!!!!This company is the worst I've ever experience and I advise anybody out there with air problems to not call this company at all!!!!! To all the other bloggers that said they were great..... Your air might go out today just for making people think this company is worth using..... Patriot you suck and I hope you go out of business soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
