I met with Dr. Surow feeling helpless and miserable. After my appointment and procedures, however, I felt tremendously better. It was obvious that Dr. Surow was knowledgable and capable. He diagnosed my problem quickly and professionally. Knowing very little about health issues, I usally leave doctor's offices feeling stupid, but Dr. Surow explained my circumstances in terms that I could understand and answered all of my questions. He also took a look at my daughter; he is very good with children. Were I, my daughter, husband, or anyone I knew suffering again from any ear, nose, or throat problems I would quickly and without hesitation refer them to Dr. Surow.
