I met with Dr. Surow feeling helpless and miserable. After my appointment and procedures, however, I felt tremendously better. It was obvious that Dr. Surow was knowledgable and capable. He diagnosed my problem quickly and professionally. Knowing very little about health issues, I usally leave doctor's offices feeling stupid, but Dr. Surow explained my circumstances in terms that I could understand and answered all of my questions. He also took a look at my daughter; he is very good with children. Were I, my daughter, husband, or anyone I knew suffering again from any ear, nose, or throat problems I would quickly and without hesitation refer them to Dr. Surow. This was the response I received after presenting this doctor with 3 sinus scans all taken within 6 weeks that clearly showed blockage in my sinuses. I also had most of the major symptoms that appear on the ENT and allergy websites. In addition, he didn't even bother to look inside my sinuses and claimed that it's a waste of time because you can't see anything. I was, however, prescribed the correct medication for sinusitis. I switched to another doctor after getting nowhere. more
