VERY UPSET with this store!!! The day after Christmas we went in to purchase a kitten for our daughter ~ there was an older 9 month old calico there as well that was free as she needed a home. We were unsure since we have a large dog, but were assured that we could bring the cat back if there was an issue. We ended up purchasing a kitten and decided to take the older cat as well. The kitten acclimated immediately, but unfortunately the older cat, while being super sweet and friendly, did not do well with dogs :( We called the store to let them know and they informed us that they would NOT take the cat back at all! Extremely POOR Customer Service and they do not stand behind their word. We will NEVER go to this particular store on St. Cloud again!
