VERY UPSET with this store!!! The day after Christmas we went in to purchase a kitten for our daughter ~ there was an older 9 month old calico there as well that was free as she needed a home. We were unsure since we have a large dog, but were assured that we could bring the cat back if there was an issue. We ended up purchasing a kitten and decided to take the older cat as well. The kitten acclimated immediately, but unfortunately the older cat, while being super sweet and friendly, did not do well with dogs :( We called the store to let them know and they informed us that they would NOT take the cat back at all! Extremely POOR Customer Service and they do not stand behind their word. We will NEVER go to this particular store on St. Cloud again! more

I have been going into this store for a couple of years now.\r Every single time I go there, someone is asking you if you need help. Sometimes they are busy and that is understandable. This store is very Clean and well kept. It is also pet friendly. The people there make you feel at home and very welcome. They know thier pets. They can tell you anything you want to know and answer any question that you may have. I would recommend this store to my friends and perfect strangers. Well done you guys!! This place is TRASHY!! \r * it smelled like Dirty, Unclean Animals, had flies and cockaroaches all over even it the animal cages\r one cage of rabbits had no water in it bottle the food bowl was empty of food and had feces in in\r * the puppies had dirty paper like they hadn't been change in a while the cats had their litter pan disgusting no fresh water the water had litter in it\r *they had no selection of dog food and the bags they did have were either expire/had holes in them from something chewing at it and they were just TAPED UP!\r * they were WAY over priced!!!\r *the fish department had NO FISH and the fish they had were DEAD/DYING the floors were covered with cockaroaches/dead fish\r *No employees to help when I found them 2 were in the fish room making out! \r * the place smelled of cigarette smoke\r * when I finally got help I asked to hold a puppy, it smelled of POOP/PEE the poor Puppy!\r I went i here for my first time about 2 weeks ago I think it was a Monday Night I will NEVER return here again! I suggest anybody that reads this to take you business elsewhere! Cons: EVERYTHING!!!! don't even pull in the place top make a U turn the parking lot is Filled with potholes! more
