I am surprised to see negative reviews here. Sure, the restaurant may be off the beaten path but they do have Valet Parking, that's a PLUS!! I have been to many steak houses all over the city...the best of the best & I think Christos' is right up there. You can't go wrong with a steak or lobster here and the potato gratin is just scrumptious! The shellfish tower....fantastic! The oysters & shrimp cocktail are some of the best I've ever had! Very Fresh & the temperature is just perfect! The waiters are super friendly, attentive & knowledgeable, they make you feel like you are the only table, which can be a rarity in the city. I've had nothing but great experiences the numerous times I've been here. Oh, one CON: Watch the King Crab Appetizer $$$$ / BONUS - In the summer they have outdoor seating in the front & on the side of the restaurant....there are nice bushes to block of the foot traffic which also provides just the right amount of privacy from the pedestrians. I say give it a shot!
