I have 'Tried"" on numerous occasions to call this store. I have never once been able to get through! I have actually sat and let it ring for over 10 minutes at a time with not one answer! Im digusted! I bought a new refrigerator from them which cost almost 2 grand and now I can't even get through to change the delivery time!!!! Of COURSE, there is no direct line to managment or I would be letting them know how I feel about this BS! Prices are great if you can get someone to help you and answer your calls.
