I feel the same way as another writer, they the worst customer sales people. I know what I want when I go in, but the sales clerk, in abundance, are on their phones, chatting with each other, and all they ever do when I get their attention is get the item for me.My wife and I purchased a 50 in Samsung Plasma and the custom install package for an additional 500.00. They assured us they could install it above the fireplace and hide the wires, even if not behind the wall. They did not, and have made no real effort to fix it. They offered and did return 100.00 from the 500.00 custom install, but had I known this would have had my brother help me mount it in the wall, and saved the 400.00.
